Cancellation Policy
You may request an amendment or cancellation of your order by visiting our website’s Contact Us page. Log in to your account, navigate to your ‘order history,’ and submit a message with your request. Please note that cancellation or amendment requests via email may not always be accepted.
For non-perishable items, you can modify or cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed and dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive your request, you may return the goods in their original condition within 7 days for a refund. Please be aware that shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded.
For perishable items, you may cancel or amend your order before it has been processed and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will only be accepted if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective. In such cases, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order by submitting a request through the Contact Us page on our website.
